Biography

Seemingly around forever, it is hard to believe Ebzery is just 27 years of age after clocking up over 200 WNBL games.

Her ferocious offence and attack on the ball has enabled her to maintain a double-digit average since debuting with the AIS in 2005, playing one season with Dandenong Rangers and competing with Sydney Uni Flames since 2010.

After taking a short sabbatical, Ebzery returned in 2010 to double her point average and improve her field goal percentage by almost 8%. She has gone from strength to strength since then, improving her point production to 17 a game while the recent addition of a three-point shot (45% in 2014-15) to her repertoire makes her an offensive threat from anywhere on the court.

Bronze medals at two World University Games campaigns as well as a bronze at the FIBA 3x3 women's World Championship in 2012 are great achievements and made her desire for the ultimate prize even stronger.

In 2015, Ebzery was a part of the Opals team which won the FIBA Oceania Championship, qualifying for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

She was then named to the national team for the Olympics, where she had multiple solid performances, including an 11 point game against Turkey, before announcing a move following that tournament to Russian side, Dynamo Moscow.
