Fans will be able to see every shot, block and rebound LIVE online courtesy of the Spanish network rTVe, which is streaming the game on their website.
Game 2 of the series is scheduled to tip-off at 6:15am AEST and the Boomers’ faithful can watch all the action at: http://www.rtve.es/deportes/baloncesto/directo/.
Coming off a narrow 75-69 loss in Game 1 at the hands of the Beijing Silver Medallists, the Boomers will be eager to back-up their Granada performance with another defensive master class.
We got an insight into the versatility of the Boomers’ squad with the team having great success with a smaller, more athletic line-up through long stretches of the game.
Australian head coach Brett Brown expects that trend to continue in Game 2.
“We’ll end up playing some small ball with Mark Worthington and David Barlow at the four spot,” Brown said.
“We’ll be a little bit different, but I think that’s one of the strengths of the group in that we are flexible, we can play big or small.
“I have confidence in those guys ability to play the four position.”
Following Game 2 the Boomers head north to France on Friday for the final phase of Olympic preparations, with games against Brazil (Monday morning AEST) and France (Tuesday morning AEST).
